Set-up & logistics
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Registration fees will be refunded, minus a $50 administration fee, if the cancellation is received on or before October 6, 2023. 50% of the registration fees will be refunded if cancellation is received before October 13, 2023. No refunds will be given on or after October 16, 2023.
