Program Details

The Bioscience Company Showcase is a unique opportunity where Georgia-based companies who are developing or have bioscience products will present their technology. Companies in healthcare, energy, agriculture, medical devices or other related industries apply for this opportunity. Applicants are chosen and highlighted at the Georgia Bio Innovation Summit, which anticipates over 500 attendees, including investors and bioscience leaders with national and international standing.

Application Process

​

• Qualified Applicants: Established bioscience companies with initial investment, employees and/or revenue. (Pre-company technologies and start-up companies should apply for the Innovation Stage.) Qualified applicants should apply online here or using the button to the right. 

• Applications will be accepted until midnight July 20th. This is a hard deadline.

• The committee will review each applicant within 2 weeks of the deadline

• Staff will notify those selected.

• If you are selected you agree to the registration fee: $500 members / $700 non-members.
   

Non-Georgia companies may apply but Georgia companies will receive preference.

Professional Mentoring

​

Selected applicants are required to attend three mentoring sessions prior to the Summit. Georgia Bio will arrange the sessions and assign appropriate industry professionals to each company’s mentoring team. 

Mentoring will include advice on the company’s business plan and assistance with the presentation and pitch to be given at the Summit. This is a valuable, unique opportunity to work with leading life science professionals to help you fine-tune your business plan and prepare you for meeting with potential investors and partners.
